At Bensons Cleaning, we understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our cleaning team.

How to cancel

• You can cancel your booking by emailing hello@bensonscleaning.co.uk or calling us directly.

Refund rules

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: Non-refundable, unless we decide otherwise at our discretion.

• No-shows (when the cleaner arrives and cannot access the property): Non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra cost.

We aim to be reasonable and fair. If there are exceptional circumstances, we may waive these rules at our discretion.
