Services

• We provide residential, commercial, and one-off cleaning services.

• Service details (such as time, frequency, and requirements) will be agreed before booking.

Payments

• All services must be paid in full before or on the day of service, unless agreed otherwise.

• Prices are provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on the job.

Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel anytime.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, unless we decide otherwise at our discretion (see Cancellation Policy below).

Liability

• While we take care with your property, Bensons Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

• We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. loss of income).

• We hold public liability insurance to cover accidental damage.

Contractors

• Our cleaners may be subcontractors. They are bound by agreements not to solicit or accept work directly from our clients.

Changes

• We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on our website.
